DIRECTIONS AND LINKS TO MAPS
Maps to
Rock Creek Marina, as well as other information about the park, can be found
at
http://www.clintoncountyiowa.com/conservation/RockCreek.htm.
If you are
going eastbound on I-80, take the last Iowa exit (LeClaire) and head north on
highway 67.
You will go through the towns of LeClaire and Princeton, as well as the tiny
town of Folletts.
In Folletts, follow the curve of the road around to the right.
Go about a mile out of town and watch for a quarry on the right side of the
road.
Turn right immediately after the quarry (the turn is easy to miss)
and follow the winding road across the railroad tracks to the park.
If you are
going eastbound on Highway 30, take the Low Moor exit and turn right (south).
Go through Low Moor and then to Folletts. On the very north end of town, take
a left.
This will put you on Highway 67 north, where you can follow the rest of the
directions above
to get from Folletts to Rock Creek Marina.
If you are
coming from the Quad-Cities, you may either take I-80 or Highway 67 to LeClaire.
Then follow the rest of the directions in the first paragraph to get through
LeClaire/Princeton/Folletts/etc.
If you are
coming from the north, you may wish to get on Highway 30
and use the directions in the second paragraph above.
